Management
At the heart of the Tigraians’ Enlightenment and Renaissance Movement (TERM) lies a robust organizational structure designed to facilitate effective governance and decision-making. Led by the General Assembly, which comprises all members of the movement, TERM operates with a commitment to inclusivity and democratic principles. The Board of Directors, responsible for strategic decision-making and organizational oversight, guides the movement in achieving its mission and objectives. Comprising dedicated individuals from diverse backgrounds, the Board ensures that TERM remains steadfast in its pursuit of cultural resurgence, educational excellence, and security for Tigrai. Working alongside the Board, the Executive Committee, led by the President, provides day-to-day guidance and addresses immediate operational needs. Together, these bodies collaborate to uphold TERM’s values and drive meaningful change within the community.
